In order to best service and support our scales we have two types of support
contact. We need to know if your scale is still 'new', meaning you
purchased it in the past 60 days or if your scale is more then 60 days old.
This way we can know if the problem is likely shipping/transit related or if the
problem might be more of a long term issue.
